Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase and aim to handle returns fairly and sensibly.
Incense
For hygiene and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened incense. If incense arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve it.
Non-consumable items
Unused, non-consumable items (such as incense holders) may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
