Shipping

We ship from the UK using reliable postal services, with flat-rate shipping applied by destination. Orders are packed carefully and usually dispatched promptly once payment has cleared.

October 2026: Regrettably, we have had to raise shipping fees and apply a percentage per item to cover the very high cost of shipping outside the UK. Even with these higher, more realistic fees, we are still absorbing part of the cost.

Shipping rates

  • United Kingdom — £2.85

  • European Union — £6.45 + 19% handling fee to cover customs charges

  • Rest of World — £14.25 + 10 % handling fee to cover customs charges

We pay the import charges and customs fees for EU and USA/Worldwide orders so your incense will not be stopped or charged again before it reaches you.

Free shipping

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout on qualifying orders:

  • United Kingdom: orders over £25

  • European Union: orders over £55

  • Rest of World: orders over £85

There is no limit on the number of items per order — the above rates apply regardless of quantity.

Dispatch & delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery times vary by destination and are provided as an estimate at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs charges or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
