Cauvery Srigandha
The name Srigandha comes from Sanskrit, meaning simply “auspicious fragrance”, a traditional term for sandalwood.
A more traditional sandalwood, with a drier, wood-led profile and less of the powdery softness found in the Golden. There is a straightforwardness to it with a slightly firmer, more grounded character. A good reference point within the range, and a clear contrast to the softer blends.
Less overtly perfumed on the stick than the Golden agarbatti, with a slightly woodier, more restrained character from the outset. When lit, it shares the same sandalwood base as the Golden, but presents it in a lighter, more lifted way — a touch drier, with a gentle brightness that sits higher in the room. It lingers particularly well, leaving a clean, pleasant trace after burning.
Perfumed sandalwood on the unlit stick, with a soft, powdery character. Once lit, it settles into a rich, creamy sandalwood profile with a subtle warmth beneath the surface that gives it depth without heaviness. Smooth, rounded, and very easy to return to — a quietly special sandalwood.
